Terms & Conditions of Sale

If you have any questions about these terms and conditions please contact us as soon as possible and before any order is placed. 

By placing an Order and purchasing goods from www.aircolduk.co.uk you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following Conditions:

Definitions
"We", "us" or "the company" refers to Air Cold Uk, which is a trading name of Home Mat Ltd registered address 104A Wembley park drive, Wembley, Middx, HA9 8HP 
"You" or "the customer" refers to the person, company or entity contracting to purchase the Goods or order service.
"The Goods" are the products which you order from our website as specified by our order acknowledgement and on our invoice.
"Site" refers to the website www.aircolduk.co.uk.
'Order' means any order placed by you with us for the purchase of items for sale on the Site.
‘Goods’ means any products available for sale on the Site and purchased by the customer.

‘Service’ means any order for repair, installation, maintenance, construction.

‘Other’ means need to mention Specific agreement include particular terms and conditions.

We may change these terms and conditions without informing you at any time.

You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the Goods or Services is not received from you in cleared funds.

To the fullest extent allowed by English Law, Air Cold UK is providing the Site and its contents on an ‘as-is basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) warranties or representations of any kind, implied or express, concerning this site or the products, materials, content or information included in the Site. This includes, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. In addition, Air Cold UK does not warrant or represent that the information available via this site is current, complete or accurate.

The following constitute the terms and conditions under which the company trades and supplies its services and related products on the Website. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and may not be varied except in writing between the parties. All other terms and conditions expressive or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

We have the absolute right to refuse acceptance of any Order.

Customer Obligations
By submitting your Order you warrant, represent and undertake:

a. that you are aged 16 or over

b. to supply any details we may request to verify that you are eligible to purchase the products; and

c. you are providing correct details to Air Cold UK to purchase Goods or order Services from our Site. Your debit or credit belongs to you, and there are adequate funds available to pay for the Goods or service order you are ordering. 

If the details you supplied are wrong or need updating it is your responsibility to inform Air Cold UK as early as possible and before you place any further Order.

Making a Purchase 
The price and description of the Goods you order will be as published on the Site when your order is placed.

It is simple to purchase on the Site. Browse the product range, and then any items you may wish to purchase must be added to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout process and you will need to provide a few details so we can complete your Order.

Using contact details available on our Site, we can receive Orders via the Site itself, by phone or via post. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our sole discretion. You will receive an acknowledgement of any orders you place. We will acknowledge receipt of any order you place by an appropriate method, via email for orders via the Site or verbally for telephone orders. Telephone Orders are acknowledged when you place the Order and from then, a contract of sale exists between you and Air Cold UK.

When confirmation of an Order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Only when you receive an invoice from us and dispatch your order to you will a contract exist between us.

We try to ensure that all prices listed on our website are correct, but we reserve the right to change prices and to not accept any order where prices are quoted by mistake. 

Payment 
You can pay for the Goods and the delivery costs using any payment method shown on our Site when your order is placed. We remain entitled to terminate the contract if payment for your Order is not received before the delivery date for the Order. There will be no delivery of any Goods until cleared funds are received.

Warranty

 Please note that the warranty for these units covers all parts and labour for the repair of the unit, or the cost of a replacement unit should it become necessary when on the UK Mainland.

Back Orders 
If you purchase goods that are out of stock, we can order them for you. We will also give you the choice to obtain a full refund if you would prefer.

Tax Charges 
VAT at the standard rate of 20% is added to all Orders made from the UK or the European Union. Orders made from outside the UK or EU are exempt from

Guarantee 
When you purchase from Air Cold UK we want you to be 100% happy with the whole ordering process. We sell the best quality premium products and provide manufactures guarantees. 

We offer a 14 day no quibbles return base Guarantee on all products. If a light fitting fails during this period, simply return it to us and replace it with equal or better performance. All Guarantees start from the date of purchase.

Product Specifications 
While we always try to supply as many product details and as much application information as we can, we can't consider every likely use of the Goods. It is your responsibility to make sure that the Goods you have purchased are suitable for the use you wish to make of them. 

We try to ensure that all published information is correct but Air Con Centre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss or expense that may be caused as a result of any error or omission in any information either published by us or supplied by the company. All descriptions, specifications and advertising issued by the Seller and any descriptions or illustrations contained in the Site are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described in them. They shall not form part of the Contract which is not a sale by sample.

Please be aware that it is nearly impossible to reproduce exact colours and finishes on a website or printed material, and you shouldn’t rely too heavily on the pictures we have provided for exact colour matches.

The information stated in product descriptions and specifications has been provided in all instances by the manufacturers of the products, and the company takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this reproduced data. 

Complaints
We endeavour to handle any complaints in a proper and timely way. Complaints should be addressed in writing to the company at the address supplied on our Site and addressed to The Director. You will receive a reply to the complaint within five working days of receipt.

Air Cold Uk has no responsibility for problematic water, gas, wastewater and electrical building structure, all maintained the related issue will be in customer side responsibility. We do not touch any of them, respectively.

Air Cold UK will charge customers extra for further sources such as water, wastewater, wiring and electrical issues.

Indemnity
Customers and other users of the Site agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, direct, indirect or consequential damage, expense or loss that may be caused as an indirect or direct result of the use of our Site and any computer software or information contained therein or by your access to other web sites as a result of links from this site. We make all efforts to ensure that this website does not contain any computer viruses but cannot guarantee this or warrant that it is virus-free.

Liability
The total liability of Air Con Centre to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with an Order shall not exceed the total sums received by Air Con Centre for the Goods to which the Order relates.

Air Con Centre shall not be liable to you for any consequential or indirect loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, however. This exclusion will apply even if Air Cold UK has been advised of the chance of such damage or loss.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including without limitation the Site design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Site) are owned by or licensed to Home Mat Ltd or otherwise used by Home mat ltd as permitted by law.

In accessing the Site you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial home use only.

Force Majeure
Air Con Centre shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, war, natural disasters, riots, lockouts, disease or fire. 

Law
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in force subject to such modification as may be necessary to achieve as nearly as possible the objectives of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All disputes arising out of, or in connection with, any contract between Air Cold UK and you shall be governed by English Law and you accept the jurisdiction of the English courts.
